Download, sign up, and find your first offer.

  • Search "joayo" on the App Store or Google Play, or tap the download link on this site — we'll auto-route you to the right store. The app is free and works on iOS 15+ and Android 10+.

Claims & offers

How to claim, redeem, and handle expired deals.

  • Tap any offer in the feed or on a store page. Hit "Claim" — the offer is saved to your phone immediately. At checkout, open your Claims tab and show the screen. Staff taps once to apply the discount. That's it.

Rewards & loyalty

Visit tracking, rewards, and how points work.

  • When you redeem a claim or tap the "I'm here" button within 30 meters of a store you follow, that counts as a visit. No QR scans, no stamp cards. Visits also count if you pay through joayo Pay (where available).

Account & privacy

Sign-in, data, notifications, and deletion.

  • Open joayo on the new phone, tap "Sign in," and enter the email on your account. We'll send a link — tap it on the new phone. All claims, rewards, and followed stores come back automatically. See /restore for the web recovery flow.

Payments

Pricing, joayo Pay, refunds, and receipts.

  • No. Claims are free. You pay the merchant directly for whatever you order — the discount from the claim is simply applied at the register.

Merchants

Running joayo from the merchant side.

  • Head to /merchants and book a 15-minute onboarding call. Most shops are live within a business day — no hardware, no contracts, no setup fee. Our team handles the first campaign with you.
