This Cookie Policy explains how Joayo Inc. ("joayo") uses cookies and similar technologies on the joayo website and in our mobile apps, and how you can control them.
Cookie preferences
Manage which non-essential categories you allow on this device. Essential cookies cannot be disabled because the site would not function without them.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device to remember information between visits — for example, whether you are signed in, or what language you chose. "Similar technologies" include local storage, session storage, and mobile device identifiers used for the same purposes.
Some cookies are set by joayo directly ("first-party") and some are set by services we embed ("third-party"). Some expire when you close the browser ("session"), and some persist for longer ("persistent").
2. What we use
We group cookies into three categories based on what they do. You can accept or reject each category independently, except for Essential cookies which are required for the site to work.
Essential
These cookies keep you signed in, protect against cross-site request forgery, balance load across servers, and remember your locale. Without them, the Service cannot function.

Analytics
These cookies help us understand how the site and app are used, which pages are visited, and where users encounter issues. We only use privacy-respecting analytics and do not profile individuals.

Marketing
These cookies let us measure whether marketing campaigns bring people to joayo, and to show relevant follow-ups on other platforms. We only enable them with your explicit consent.

3. Third-party cookies
Embedded third parties (for example, Google Maps for location previews, or a payment iframe at checkout) may set their own cookies when you interact with them. We disclose these partners in the Privacy Policy and limit their cookies to what is needed for the feature.
Third parties process data under their own privacy policies; we encourage you to review them before accepting non-essential categories.
4. Controlling cookies
You can manage non-essential categories at any time using the "Open cookie preferences" button on this page. On first visit, our consent banner lets you accept or reject non-essential categories before they are set.
You can also block or delete cookies at the browser level. Most browsers let you do this from settings. Disabling essential cookies will cause parts of the Service to stop working.
If you are in the European Economic Area or other jurisdictions with specific consent laws, we honor the Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals where technically feasible.
